Are you having trouble with your Microzone II Controllers?

Are the controllers reporting offline?

Do the digital outputs fail intermittently?

Are the analog inputs reading true?

Are the analog outputs failing intermittently?

The answer to your MZII problems could be found here.

Look at the back of the MZII base and carefully inspect the solder connections for the screw terminals.

We have found many, if not all the solder connections for the screw terminals to be cracked and causing intermittent failures.

To repair: re-solder connections.

Here is an example of the solder connections, >>>Solder Connections 329KB<<<
